Payment Terms
Fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in suspension or withdrawal of partnership benefits.
Cancellation Policy
Sponsorship commitments are generally non-refundable. Termination may occur due to payment failure, misconduct, or legal violations.
Governing Law
These Sponsorship & Partnership Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from sponsorship or partnership engagements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
